How
Anumati Works?

1. Register

Registering for Anumati is simple. Use the mobile number you’ve registered with your bank and set a 4-digit PIN. We will verify your mobile number with an OTP, and thereafter set [Your mobile number]@anumati as your AA handle, and your AA account is ready!

2. Discover and add your bank accounts

Next, Anumati automatically searches for savings, current, and fixed deposit accounts in participating banks linked to your registered mobile number. Once Anumati discovers your accounts, you can select the ones you want to link to your Anumati account aggregator. If you wish, you can manually add your accounts from the participating financial institutions as well. There are no limits to how many accounts you can link.

3. Approve and manage consent for data sharing

When you transact with participating financial institutions , for example, a lender through their apps/websites, they will need your financial data to decide on your loan request. The lender’s app/website will ask you to share your financial data via various means, including Anumati. Using your Anumati AA account as your consent manager drastically cuts down processing time and improves your experience of doing business with financial institutions.

Ask Anu

What is data privacy?

Data privacy is your right to control what personal data you share, with whom, and ensure that your personal information is used for your benefit, with your knowledge.

Why should you care?

Free apps harvest your financial data and make money from advertisers who pay for it. Instead of rupees, you’re paying with your personal data – often without realising it.

Why account aggregation?

Account Aggregators are licensed by the RBI to let you link your bank accounts once and control who you share that data with – or not
